Hey, I'm Rob!

What started out as a side skill quickly turned into a career. I’ve always loved finding ways to make things work smarter, not harder.

After finishing my degree in Applied Geography way back in 2003, I spent a few years working in mapping and digital systems before moving into marketing.

That’s where it all clicked for me - I realised how powerful simple, well-thought-out systems can be for small businesses.

In 2012, I co-founded Forte Web Solutions with one clear goal: to help small businesses turn online visitors into real customers.

These days, I focus on building automated customer journeys that still feel personal and genuine. The aim is always the same - to let the technology disappear quietly into the background and let the results do the talking.

Hey, I'm Sue Worrall!

I’ve always loved helping people achieve more than they thought they could. For over 30 years, I worked in health and wellbeing — running clinics in London and Cardiff, supporting clients from all walks of life, and even helping a Paralympic cyclist bring home a gold medal.

What I learned along the way is that real success comes down to trust, communication, and consistency.

Now, working with Rob, I bring that same approach to every project. I take the time to listen, understand, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Clients often tell me I’m the calm, steady voice that keeps things on track — and that’s exactly how I like it.
